March 28, 1996 O P I N I O N This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery--enhanced by the allegation of a prior felony conviction. The trial court assessed punishment at 45 years' imprisonment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $5,000 fine. We affirm the judgement of the trial court.
